Utility Chemicals

Founded in 1975, Utility Chemicals, Inc. had over 27 years of operational service from headquarters in Cambridge, MN.

The company provided a variety of water treatment services in addition to chemical blending. The sales territory was primarily the upper Midwest including Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, and Iowa.

U.S. Water Services

Founded in 1997 by Al and Stacy Bly, the company focused on a new approach to water treatment. This meant an increased emphasis on engineering and consulting services in addition to chemical sales.

The goal was never to be the biggest water treatment company, but the best. This was accomplished by building credibility and trust with a wide range of customers.

U.S. Water Services/ Utility Chemicals

In 2000, U.S. Water Services merged with Utility Chemicals, Inc. creating a company with more than 30 years of water treatment expertise.

Continued focus on total water management for customer's water treatment needs. This now included:

• Capital equipment
• Comprehensive line of support services
• Complete repair and cleaning services
• Customized chemical production

The sales territory would expand nationwide.
