Can you help us with equipment installation?
Yes, we have a professionally trained installation services team that can mount and program controllers, run chemical feed piping and wire up sensors. We can also provide piping and installation for larger jobs. Please contact your U.S. Water Services representative for pricing on these projects.
Do you perform Legionella Tests?
We can provide sample kits for Legionella testing of your cooling system. The filled kits will be sent to a certified laboratory where they will be analyzed for the specific strains of Legionella Pneumophilla bacteria that can cause health problems. A report of the analysis results will be returned to you within two weeks or less.
What other tests do you offer?
Our state certified analytical laboratory can provide a full range of testing services for water, solid deposits, and metal samples.
What is U.S. Water Reports?
U.S. Water Reports can be accessed on the home page of our site. It is a web based data logging system developed exclusively for our customers. It is designed to allow authorized plant personnel, from operators to managers, instant access to historical data from daily operator tests, service reports and equipment inspection reports, including photographs. In addition, by combining U.S. Water Reports with our exclusive e-Controller, real time system data is available for viewing from any computer that has access to the internet, and has the proper security codes. Ask you U.S. Water Services representative to set your plant up with U.S. Water Reports.
How can U.S. Water Services help me reduce my costs?
Because we are a complete “Water In to Water Out” engineering company, we do much more than just provide water treatment chemicals. Our service engineers will work with you to design a comprehensive water treatment program, with the goal of increasing efficiency and reducing costs where possible. Our representatives are some of the most experienced in the industry, and as a result, they have seen what works and what does not. We can often help you improve the operation of your existing equipment, or recommend new equipment if it will provide you with a Return on Investment.
